I would like to leave an outstanding review for Daniel at Poolworks Dalkeith. We had previously visited other Poolwerx locations (Balcatta and Duncraig), where the service unfortunately did not meet our expectations. However, our experience at the Dalkeith store with Daniel was completely different and genuinely exceptional. Daniel provided some of the best customer service we have ever received. He was incredibly patient, took the time to listen carefully to our questions, and explained everything clearly and thoroughly without rushing or making us feel overwhelmed. His communication skills are excellent, and he has a calm, knowledgeable, and approachable manner that immediately builds trust. What stood out the most was how honest and trustworthy his recommendations were. Daniel did not try to upsell unnecessary products; instead, he focused on what was genuinely best for our pool and our situation. His advice was practical, well-informed, and tailored, which gave us complete confidence in the products we purchased. Learning that Daniel is currently part-time is surprising, as his professionalism, work ethic, and dedication far exceed what you would expect. He is a real asset to Poolwerx, and I truly hope his efforts are recognised with opportunities for growth and progression. Because of Daniel, we will now go out of our way to return specifically to the Dalkeith Poolwerx store for all future pool needs. Exceptional service like this is rare, and Daniel deserves recognition for consistently delivering it. Highly recommended. 🙏🏼♥️

Ring first. And only go to the store when Teresa is there. She is the go-to expert in pool maintenance. Around Dalkeith, if you use the expression "Saint Teresa" you will think of Poolwerx. Time and time again I have needed help and St Teresa has come to fix my pool.
