Outstanding service and reliability! Annie-May services our pool with care and a wealth of knowledge. She spends a great detail of time on each element of our service and doesn’t leave until your pool is sparkling perfectly! The office always communicates ahead of time before a service and are always there to answer any questions you may have! If you’re in the western suburbs, I highly recommend this company!

Very professional service! Garrie was a very experienced technician and advised us well around our pool heater. Great installation of the new heater and the pool area was left clean and tidy on completion of the works! Hopefully we don’t have to reach out again but very happy to recommend the service if we need it in the future.

Pool Assist Myaree has been absolutely fantastic over the years. From the front desk with Karen, Paulette, and Phill, to their text message support, they are always available and genuinely there to help — 7 days a week. They never push you to buy anything and always give honest, practical advice based on what is actually best for your pool. Over the years, I’ve changed my chlorinator, pump, and robotic cleaner, and their guidance has always been spot on. A special mention to Adam, who handled all the installations at my place. He’s like a ghost — comes in, fixes, replaces, cleans, and leaves without you even knowing someone was there. And if you do cross paths with him, he’s extremely friendly (ask him about his motorbike!). Thank you so much to the whole team. Highly recommended.
