I recently needed to get my green pool cleaned, and have the equipment looked over. After speaking to another company who put it in the “too hard” basket, I contacted Paul, who had someone around the following day to get the ball rolling. Within a week my green pool was blue again, and my faulty chlorinator was replaced. Thank you so much to Paul and Nathan for helping me out. They are both prompt, efficient, and very knowledgeable. Contacted poolwerx byford to come have a look at my equipment as it is not turning on. The person on the phone explained to me it might be a fuse and explained to me in detail on how to change the fuse myself. I appreciate his honesty as i know some people would rather come and charge me call out fees and etc etc and change the fuse. Thanks

**5 stars - Highly Recommended!** I recently had the pleasure of working with Paul from Poolwerx Byford when our old pool pump (which looked like a 30-year-old relic) failed. We had just purchased the property, and Paul was incredibly accommodating right from the start. After getting in touch, he promptly arranged a visit the next day to assess the situation and provide recommendations. I requested a new pump and a replacement sand filter assembly with glass media. Given that our pool is 85,000L and surrounded by gum trees that drop leaves all day, I needed a larger single-speed pump. Paul quickly provided a reasonable quote that same afternoon and was able to complete the installation just two days later. What impressed me most was Paul's honesty and fairness. Because I had already removed the old system and prepared new concrete slabs, he reduced the final invoice, acknowledging that I had made his job easier.
