  I have been using PoolWerx for many years through there services out at my home and going into the East fremantle and Applecross store locations. An I can say I personally have never had an issue with them. The customer service provided by Leanne (applecross manager), Kristen (East Fremantle manager) as well as the lovely ladies within the service side is absolutely magnificent. The true fact that they are honest with wait times, makes it a duly valuable business to have regularly maintain my pool.

  It has been a pleasure working with the team in Poolwerx Applecross - communication was quick and clear, response and turn around time was prompt and Jess ensures everyone is updated. After job completion the reports are clear with photos and descriptions of tasks undertaken. It is very refreshing to work with contractors that exude assurance that they will be there to support us with their expertise. The team has such wealth of knowledge and worthy of clients' trust.
