Alex was incredible from the start. Very inviting and communicative with everything that was happening with my pool. Offered advice on how to manage my pool and the best time to give it the maintenance it requires. Didn’t try to upsell me in anyway and his cost was absolutely affordable! On top of all of that, he provided a great solution and was very easy to get along with. Alex will stay in my contacts for sure!

I engaged Jim’s Pool Care Toorak to check and clean the pool on a monthly basis almost a year ago. They’re prompt, professional and friendly. Best of all, they’ve made some excellent product recommendations, especially with regards to a new pool pump. They provided me with two options, explaining in detail the pros and cons of both. I opted for the more expensive energy-efficient, quieter of the two and I’m so glad I did. Electricity bills have gone down and it’s so quiet when running I can barely hear it: very important as I’m still WFH. I can highly recommend Jim’s Pool Care Toorak.
