This is Jetty from my absolutely fantastic indoor Pool that is looked after in a fantastic way by CleanPools always, I am a senior with a walker so spending time in my pools is the best and they do such a good job way to go. Thank you. It has 10 stars from me.

After a long and frustrating issue with significant pool water leakage where I was needing to top up the water and chemicals regularly, I finally decided to invest in professional advice. After researching a handful of options, I decided on CleanPools due to their advanced technology. Terry assured me that that would undertake numerous tests to ensure they locate the leak. Other companies didn't have this same technology and couldn't reassure me that the leak would be found, they also had "other" added costs. Some also required me to ensure my pool was crystal clear so they could dive in. This would have cost me further money and time. Terry and Heshan left no stone unturned and it was so interesting to watch them undertake each test. They were so thorough and worked non stop for about 5 hours until they were satisfied that every check was undertaken and all leaks were found. Heshan even dived into the awful green pool without hesitation. The the culprit was a faulty hydrostatic valve along with water leaking from the waste pipe. I can say with great relief that a few weeks on, my issue is completely resolved and I now have a sparkling blue pool to enjoy in time for summer. Plus, Terry gave me some invaluable advice and tips to keep my pool in pristine condition all year round. I'm so thankful that I chose CleanPools and feel that it was money well spent. Terry and Lewis arrived on time to inspect our pool and were friendly, helpful and professional throughout. Their inspection was very thorough and as a first time pool owner the advice and information they shared with me was very helpful in understanding how to operate and maintain my pool. Terry and Lewis patiently and expertly answered all of my questions (and I had a lot of them). They will definitely be my first choice again should I ever need help with my pool.

Let me save you time. Don't bother reading any of the reviews below. I have and they are all excellent and for good reason. Our pool developed a substantial leak losing a heap of water overnight. Contacted Terry at Cleanpools who was great to deal with from the start. Heshan from Cleanpools arrived 2 days later on time and replaced the hydrostatic pressure valve that solved the problem. He explained everything to me when he arrived including possible issues he may come across which fortunately didn't happen. Would not hesitate to use Cleanpools again and would highly recommend.

Terry was exceptionally helpful for our issue! He and his team were quick, reliable, had great communication, and were upfront and honest about cost and proposed solutions. They really helpful in making sure I knew what I had to do once they had left which was a huge help. I’d highly recommend and will go back to Terry in the future if there are any issues.
