Jim's Pool Care (Glen Iris)

After years of fighting my (now barely used) pool I finally gave in and got Tim from Jim’s Pools to take care of it for me. I’m very pleased I did - Tim is friendly, professional, trustworthy, knows his stuff and lives locally.

Moved into a new place with an incredibly murky pool and Tim restored it so quickly. Made time for us during a very busy period, always showed up when he said he would, and gave a fair quote and explained everything very clearly. He’s been great at maintaining our pool since. Highly recommend!

After spending months trying to problem solve an issue with my pools plumbing on my own, i enlisted Tim’s help and after 1 visit and a few back and forward messages to try different things I was finally able to solve the issue, and get my pool back on track and able to be easily maintained. Tim has done an amazing job getting the pool back to perfect after lots of neglect and algae build up. Even with a less than ideal setup he somehow managed to restore it to perfection and explained everything so we khow to work the filter if needed. Hes always happy to take my calls and walk me through anything needed.
