I contacted Barwon Gas after another recommended company were unresponsive, and I couldn't be happier. I got straight through to Brooke, who arranged a time for Callum to come out. I sent through photos of the job beforehand, to ensure Callum had all the right parts. Payment was quick and easy via EFTPOS on the day. Callum cleaned everything up afterwards and took away all the waste from the job. Very happy customer, strong recommend.

Contacted Barwon Gas for a second opinion after receiving a quote for a heating repair costing $975 from another company. Barwon Gas promptly came out to look at the job, order parts and repaired my heating unit for over $600 less than I was previously quoted by the other company. Would 100% recommended them and will only ever use this company going forward.

Callum, carried out a factory recall/repair on our pool heater. After completing the the recall function, he noted a further issue with the ingition system. As the unit was still under warranty, he arranged for the repair to be approved and carried out once he had the required part. Callum, kept us informed of the booking times for the repair visits, including a reminder 1 hour prior to arrival. Reliable, honest, good communication and a nice guy. It does not get any better. Thanks
