We completed our pool install in April 2024 with C2C. Tim was very engaged and a knowledgeable professional throughout the process and in the 12 months that have followed. C2c pools installed our horizon slimline 5.5 x 3m. Couldn't be happier with the result and dealing with Tim and Hailey was a pleasure. Hailey and Tim were great to work with and helped us create our pool dream. From initial talks about pool shell colour and sizing, through to electrical requirements needed for the optimum experience, they talked us through the entire process and were on hand to answer questions when needed. Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend C2C Pools.

After speaking with several pool installers in our area, it was a pretty easy decision to go with C2C. Our initial advice and ongoing consultation from Hailey was invaluable as we finalised our choices for an 11m. lap pool. Once construction was underway, Tim and Mikey's attention to detail and their concern that everything was done to our satisfaction was just outstanding. A couple of small issues along the way were dealt with in a timely way. These guys really know what they're doing! We couldn't be happier with the final result and it was most refreshing to deal with genuinely nice people. A big thank you to everyone at C2C!!

Tim is an absolute Ripper. He is always on site and never not ruturns your calls. Hailey is straight to the point and everything you need to know she has an answer. I wouldn't touch another Pool company C2C are Fantastic .
