Not only did he fix the issue quickly and efficiently, but he went completely above and beyond in explaining how to properly maintain our pool and filtration system. He took the time to walk me through everything step by step, shared practical tips, and made sure I actually understood how to look after the pool moving forward — not just what the problem was. His knowledge and expertise were obvious, but what really stood out was his willingness to educate rather than rush off to the next job.
