I recently bought a Maytronics Skimmi and couldn’t be happier. I originally had my eye on another brand, but after Jay gave me some honest intel, it was clear the Skimmi was the superior choice. He even arranged same-day pickup for me, knowing I was tight on time and access — absolute legend. Jay was professional, friendly, and genuinely accommodating. The next day I had a small issue, made one quick call, and he talked me through the fix in minutes. Problem solved on the spot. The rest of the team were just as helpful and supportive when I called — everyone was switched on and super easy to deal with. Highly recommend these guys. Amazing customer service, great product, and an all-round awesome experience. I will always shop here before trying elsewhere

The recommended pool cleaning robot works extremely well. It cleans very thoroughly and is very easy to operate. The staff are very professional, and the after-sales service is excellent.

Stay well away from Poolwerx Jimboomba... They are hopeless... I HIGHLY recommend Brisbane Pool Robotics for their excellent knowledge, very fast service and overall a fantastic company to deal with !! 5 well deserved STARS !!

What can I say but what a great company to deal with excellent customer service with communication and within 2 days of ordering parts for my dolphin pool cleaner they arrived on my doorstep. Great service from Cian (sorry if I spelled that wrong) who made a quick 3 minute fix on my dolphin cleaner and saved me an hour round trip if I'd have had to leave it there. Brilliant.
