  I first sought out Scott some years back for advice on fixing our pool. I found him to be very knowledgeable and he quickly understood the problems I was having and the resolutions. About six months ago I decided it was time for someone to take complete control of our pool maintenance. Naturally I contacted Scott. Apart from the benefit to me of having a professional look after the pool and completely remove the worry, the improvement in our pool generally has been dramatic. Scott communicates with me on what he is doing and goes about what is required in a timely manner. Having him bring everything that is needed with him is an added bonus. Importantly he is reliable and always friendly. Despite my urging from time to time, he is on top of the costs and will not use any product or chemical etc unless he feels it is necessary and will make a difference. If you need someone to help you with your pool Scott is your man. I would recommend him without hesitation.

  After reading a number of glowing reviews, we contacted Scott at Jim’s Pool Care Cleveland, to rectify a number of issues with our pool. Scott was prompt in responding to our request, scheduled a visit and advised by text when he was on his way. Scott took the time to listen to the issues we were concerned about and provided a number of practical solutions. As promised that afternoon he had provided us with three detailed options and the precise costing of each. Scott was knowledgeable, professional,approachable and truely focused on getting the best outcome for us. Scott has done an exceptional job on work he has performed to date. We are so impressed with his work ethic and honesty we have commissioned further work and scheduled regular services. We have no hesitation in recommending Scott and his five star service.
