As a landscape and pool designer, I’ve worked with a number of pool builders over the years, and Zgrada Pools is in a league of their own. We recently collaborated on a highly complex project – a custom above-ground suspended pool built on a rock cliff, supported by 12 structural piers. The site presented major challenges including limited access, a steep drop-off, and a strict budget. Zgrada Pools took the lead in engaging their engineer early, and together we developed a cost-effective structural solution that didn’t compromise on quality or safety. Their ability to combine engineering excellence, thoughtful planning, and budget-conscious solutions is what truly sets them apart. Despite the complexity, their team managed the entire process—from council approvals, structural design, and coordination, right through to the build—seamlessly. The final result is not just a pool, it’s a showpiece of modern pool construction that sits beautifully against the landscape. If you’re after custom pool builders who specialise in complex sites, engineered suspended pools, and high-end finishes, Zgrada Pools is the name to know. Their attention to detail, communication, and commitment to delivering excellence is unmatched.

From our very first interaction with Zgrada Pools, we were blown away by their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to delivering a high-quality result. The customer service from initial engagement was exceptional – Allen and his team took the time to really understand our vision and made us feel supported every step of the way. The design process was collaborative and stress-free. Joel created a stunning concept for our pool and landscape, incorporating everything we asked for and more. The 3D renders gave us a clear picture of the final result, and the team was responsive and flexible with any adjustments we needed. Throughout the construction phase, Zgrada Pools demonstrated first-class project management and communication. Fin, the site supervisor, kept us informed at every stage, coordinated trades efficiently, and ensured that the build progressed smoothly and on schedule. The quality of construction was outstanding. From the precision of the concrete work to the finishes on the landscaping, everything was done to the highest standard. It’s clear that the team takes pride in their work and truly cares about the outcome. The final handover was thorough and informative, with clear guidance on pool maintenance and operation. We now have a beautiful, functional outdoor space that has completely elevated our lifestyle and added real value to our home. We can’t recommend Zgrada Pools highly enough to anyone looking for a luxury custom pool and landscape solution, delivered with care, transparency, and craftsmanship.
