After our pool check valve issue reoccurred for the second time, the team was friendly, responsive, and quickly sent a technician who resolved the problem. They even added an extra valve at no additional cost. Special thanks to the manager, Neil, for organising everything so efficiently. We’re extremely happy with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Blacktown Pool & Spa to others.

They seem to genuinely care & value longstanding business over money grabbing, which means you get honest advice. First time visitor today, but after today, my partner & I will not go elsewhere.   Replaced the old cartridge filter with a new Onga Pentair glass filter. The customer service and support provided by Natalie was top notch. She explained and answered all my questions patiently and helped me decide and go with the best option. Charlie who came to replace the filter did an excellent job and took time to explain how the new setting works. Also note that they provided the best quote overall and are very competitive with their pricing. Definitely recommend them.
