I was contacted the same day by a representative of the company and there was a discussion on the alternatives available. 3.A very fair quote was promptly provided and accepted. 4. My nominated date and time for the repair work was accepted by the representative. 5. The representative turned up on day and time agreed upon and completed the work for the quoted price. 6. I passed on the details of the company and the representative to the pool shop that does the cleaning and maintenance of the pool with a recommendation that the pool shop use the company for its underwater work.
