  I've been into the shop over the last fornight for varing reasons and Rebecca has served me on all three occassions. She's always super friendly, goes above and beyond in a timely manner, helpful and very knowledgeable. It's rare to get someone in a retail environment these days who provides a 5 star service to the customer. Rebecca has done this everytime and deserves a shout out, great customer service !

  Awesome. The crew at Hornsby are without a doubt, exceptional. Just had a salt water chlorinator installed. I bought a Madimack heater a year back, and much the same review there. The price was the best around by far, when you talk to them in store they can answer all questions in a super professional manner. These guys really know their stuff. Then on the install, big shout out to Chris Cullen, who took the time modify my old system, to improve it to make the install 100% perfect. Above and beyond. Five stars.

  I always buy my pool equipment from this store because the service from the whole team is excellent and the prices are great. I recently had an issue with a sand filter that I bought less than a year ago, so it was still under warranty. The supplier was very slow in agreeing to a warranty claim, but I was very impressed that the store manager, Will, took full control of the issue and came out and replaced the faulty unit promptly ,while the supplier was still dithering. Many thanks!
