  Mark came out to do an induction for us as first-time pool owners. He was professional, experienced and friendly, and clearly explained what we need to do for regular maintenance as well as a one-off treatment since the pool was green. After he left, we had some issues with the robot cleaner and he troubleshot everything with us over the phone. As a beginner I was also confused if my pump was working properly after I opened and replaced the lid once. Mark helped me with that too! Highly recommend Mark to anyone who needs a reliable pool technician.

  Mark is a gem! We had another local company servicing our pool and were not at all happy with the quality of service, and the attitude. We then found Mark and are absolutely delighted. He is totally reliable and gives us great advice. We had the dreaded, 'black spot' when we started with Mark''s service that he was able to get rid of very quickly. Our pool now looks amazing and visitors have noticed the difference now that is due to Mark's great service and advice. Being a small family owned company you get personalise service that the large companies can't even come close to.
