Given this is the first time I've owned a pool I needed a bit of an 'education' to say the least ; Frank arrived on time (in fact ahead of schedule) and was kind of enough to take the time to walk and talk me through everything. Super efficient and knowledgeable and extremely affordable I immediately booked Frank for a regular service every 2 weeks. I couldn't recommend him more highly and his workmate (his beautiful dog 'Bronte') is an absolute pleasure too! Highly recommend.

We've started using Frank to service our pool and he has been excellent. He has sorted out the chemicals which were not previously balanced correctly, cleaned filters that were not cleaned properly, changed the output on the pump as it was not set correctly and has helped teach me the basics of pool ownership which I am new to. I've also called Frank on the weekend when the pool water level was dropping and he talked me through what to look for, change and checked in again later. This was rectified after one phone call and few minor tweaks. Frank has also talked through the best in-pool cleaner for our type of pool, which we purchased (through Frank) and he then helped me set it up and showed me how to use it and care for it. I can highly recommend Frank (and his friendly canine side-kick Bronte) for great service. We are very happy we've switched to Purple Turtle Pool Services.
