Derek was the sweetest, most polite, respectful, patient & very professional person. He explained everything clearly, gave us some suggestions for our problem with our pool machine since it’s 40 yrs old & the parts are extremely hard to source. Also educated us on what’s available in the market for cleaning the pool. We have never owned a swimming pool in our lives before with Derek’s brief short course on owning a pool we learned a lot about chlorination, the back wash n rinse cycles.
