Poolwerx Baulkham Hills

Our pool filter finally gave up the ghost after more than 20 years faithful service. I popped in to Poolwerx, Baulkham Hills on Tuesday, 27 February 2024. Tim provided a quote on the spot after looking at photos of our existing set-up. Deposit paid and the install was scheduled for the very next day. Adrian and Bryson arrived and it was obvious that it was going to be a tricky install as the new filter just managed to squeeze into the existing filter box. After just over 5 hours, the old filter had been removed and the new one was in place. Numerous new pipes had to be cut to ensure a good water flow. Great job by Tim on the sale and follow-up and terrific service by Adrian and Bryson on site. So, in less than 48 hours from my initial enquiry, all was complete. Staff are always super friendly and helpful - the driver for this review though was some responsive, accurate and easily actionable tech support for our pool pump that Tim provided over the phone. Would highly recommend their pool maintenance services

Excellent mobile team, they perform a professional service and have excellent communication. They are able to solve many problems. Over the Phone and provide easy to follow instructions. The regular quarterly service keeps the pool, clean and safe, and the they are easily contactable if required. I could not recommend them highly enough.
