Great company that pays attention to detail. Marco and Sarah are so polite and professional and have great communication skills. Our pool always looks amazing once they have been - we have a regular service. They are also able to install new equipment, detect leaks and fix a lot of them. We wouldn’t use anyone else. Thanks for always looking after us guys 🙂

We rang Elegant Pools in hope they could fix our pool filter. Marco called in straight away and even backed up on a Sunday to see if everything was still ok. Super friendly guy who knows his trade. I recently was put in touch with Marco at Elegant pools when looking to replace my heatpump for something that would make the pool swimmable all year round. Marco has been extremely helpful and professional. Making sure I understood what was needed and pointing out what wasn’t too which was very reassuring. After fitting the heatpump and more efficient filter his eye for detail made sure the finished product looked please into the eye and the Results for the Pool have been tremendous. We have now taken on Marco to manage our Pool and look forward to working with him and his wife.

I cant speak highly enough of Marco at Elegant pools. Took time hear what was happening with my pool and talk through options. Replaced chlorinator promptly and while there also took time to talk me through some other questions I had with the pool and fixed a couple of little things that needed fixing for no additional cost. He went above and beyond. Very professional and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend.
