Spa had several problems including a Failed touch pad and a leak. Dean had all the equipment on board to replace the touchpad and rapidly empty the spa and replace pipes to fix the leaks. His charges were extremely reasonable considering the amount of time and effort he had to put in.

Legend! I rang at 1130am and spoke with Dean about a leaking light in our pool. We had a quick chat about the problem, turns out it was a common issue. Dean was working on a pool in the next suburb and said he could be there within the hour. Brilliant, I was expecting it would be in a week or two. True to his word he arrived within the hour ,had a spare part in the van, removed the faulty light, replaced it with a new one. Job done in less than an hour and for a reasonable price. (• note I had already drained the pool prior and removed the side cover in preparation) Dean was very knowledgeable, punctual, and polite and good at his trade. I would happily recommend Brooks Spa Repairs to anyone needing spa repair.

Dean has been maintaining our spa for a number of years and he has always been professional, trustworthy and reliable. Dean provides excellent customer service. Recently a power surge destroyed the PC board in our spa and he went to great lengths to install a new one and make it compatible with the workings of our older model spa. Greatly appreciate his commitment and effort on this difficult job.

Dean from Brooks Spa Repair in the Upper North Shore district is lovely and professional. Excellent communication. Needed a new control panel - quite an expensive item about $550 for SP800 but that’s the reality of owning a spa. Got new filters and jets - excellent prices and were delivered in a few days. I was struggling with my spa chemicals, was told many different instructions by a few companies - Dean gave me a sheet that had a simple instruction to do after each spa use, weekly and every 4 months. Dean called me about a week after his visit to do a follow up and I was really happy! Call out fee was $30 more than my last spa guy so that was my only negative. Everything else perfect - so I’ll keep calling Brook’s Spa Repairs in the future as I think his service and customer service is worth it ☺️

Dean has serviced our spa a few times since we bought it several years ago. He's always been no-fuss, professional and prompt. Just recently we had a very last-minute issue and Dean was ultra-prompt and, yet again, reliable without exception. Thanks Dean!
