Nathan and the team at Pool Restorations are truly exceptional. A year ago, Nathan restored our fibreglass pool, and we chose a white finish to reflect the light blue sky above. From start to finish, Nathan was professional, communicative, and offered valuable advice and expertise. Unfortunately, our pool developed a stubborn mark that wouldn’t disappear no matter what we tried. After some time, we reached out to Nathan to ask if the issue might be related to the paint, the pool, or the water. Nathan responded immediately, scheduled an in-person visit, and carefully examined the pool. He identified the issue—an imperfect patch on the bottom right side—and asked insightful questions to fully understand the situation. Without hesitation, Nathan accepted responsibility for the issue and offered to repaint the pool under warranty. Nathan and his team dedicated a week to sanding and repainting the pool. Throughout the process, he was courteous, friendly, and ensured we never felt at fault. Despite the extra work and costs on his end, Nathan prioritised our satisfaction and made sure we were happy with the result. Now, our pool looks better than ever—it feels like a slice of the Maldives right in our backyard. The white finish sparkles with a subtle glitter effect and blends beautifully with our tropical surroundings. Nathan was always friendly and considerate, not just with us, but with our children and dog as well. We cannot thank Nathan and his team enough. We highly recommend Pool Restorations—truly a 5-star company!

We would highly recommend Nathan and his team at Pool Restorations. Our fiberglass pool has just been restored and looks amazing, considering that it has not been in use for more than 20 years. Our pool ended up with a spilt in the middle, but Nathan was able to fix this with no hesitation. The team were professional, and honest in terms of what had to be done to complete the job.

Had a large fibreglass pool (10 x 4.5 metres) restored by Natthan and his team. The pool was in quite bad shape after 30 years of no renovations. We couldn't be happier with the communication and work by the team. The pool looks great and the price was very reasonable. I'd recommend Natthan and Pool Restorations to anyone who is considering a pool renovation.

Thoroughly recommend Natthan and his team at Pool Restorations. Our fibreglass pool is 40 years old and had surface deterioration and some minor chipping in the channels around the top. Drained it, sanded the areas that needed doing, fibreglass strips along the channels (where needed) and 3 coats of Pacific Blue epoxy. It came up brand new (see photos). Also new pressure plug. Of course the new paving helps, but the pool surface is immaculate. We had some heavy rain during the curing period so there was a bit of mucking around with timing, but the job was done professionally and Natthan’s communication was excellent. Thanks Natthan! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Natthan and Bryce are masters at their trade - they did an excellent job with my pool reno. They fibreglassed the step (which had a hole in it). The pool needed 4 coats as it had not been painted in 34yrs. Very happy with the result! Natthan happy to answer any post work questions and was a pleasure to do business with. (Colour is MID BLUE)

Natthan was incredible! Despite an unprecedented issue with ground water, Natthan was extremely professional, keeping in constant communication and even lending us his equipment for a period of months to ensure the issue didn't get worse. Would highly recommend!
