Westralia Pools

The team at Westralia Pools. It was over 2 years in the making as they had to put the shell in before we started building. Through the whole process Cindy kept us informed and up to date. We decided to Heat the pool and Cindy organised everything again, we can now swim in our pool whenever we want. Thanks to all that helped us end up with a great pool.

We were very happy with Neil & Cindy from the get go. Their workers where professional and made us feel comfortable in every stage of our pool build. Cindy was very helpful and always willing to answer even the silliest of questions I had for her. They quoted our pool to our budget and worked around us. We had our old, tired concrete pool and surrounding paving renovated by Westralia Pools, and found them very easy to deal with, and fairly priced. The quality of the work was summarized well by one of the kids when they first saw the finished product: "Wow, this can't be our pool - it looks too good!". Aside from the quality of the finished product, the real stand out for me was their excellent communication (which is something the pool industry as a whole is not very good at, in my experience). Cindy and Neil kept me informed of what was happening at every stage, and took the time to answer each and everyone one of my many questions quickly. Yes, I recommend.

We had our tired old 1984's concrete pool & feet burning red brick pavers converted into a 21st century backyard we actually want too be in! Neil & Co were efficient & very hard working . Anthony's paving & work ethic was outstanding! We would highly recommend Westralia Pools as 1st & only choice for your pool renovations!

Westralia Pools worked with us to help achieve an excellent all round result for our Enviroswim concrete pool. They have a broad knowledge of everything relating to pools and quoted us competitively for any add-ons that we were considering. Cindy helped us with everything from the design to the council applications, to the fence and other accessories. She was always willing to assist with any query, even after the pool was completed.
