Barrier Reef Pools Mandurah

We have had a great experience with Barrier reef Pools, the salesman and all the office workers have been really good and the installation team was absolutely amazing they worked so hard and were extremely professional and friendly. Barrier Reef are the best and we are very happy with the service all the way from sales, installation, customer service and their workmanship. Their communication, even the pool product is very good quality. We got treated like VIP customers and that's just how much I can't thank them enough. We shopped around at different pool companies and found that only Barrier Reef were upfront and honest about their costs. We really liked the fixed pricing on offer and they were very upfront about additional costs we may encounter, such as if they hit limestone on the dig. Everything was well organised, Tony came to do a survey at our house and was extremely friendly and helpful to us, responding to any questions (unlike what we had found with other companies). The contract was drawn up and signed, no issues. About 4 weeks after we signed up, we got a call saying there was a cancellation so we could get booked in. Communication was great from the main office and the scheduling. On the day of the pool dig, the bobcat driver hit limestone but the fees for removal were not unreasonable. We had a few loads and it cost us $2000 extra plus $500 for extra sand to backfill. Our pool installer James was extremely knowledgeable and paid attention to detail. We are so pleased with the end result and knowing that we have a superior product to other pool companies. I would highly recommend James to install any paving/landscaping you have done too, Barrier Reef have his card if you are interested. He lays paving properly with a firm foundation rather than just on sand. Our paving looks amazing. Handover was very informative and we are just so excited for the good weather! What we liked the most was the communication and honesty. Another pool company we almost signed up with before going to Barrier Reef appeared cheaper at first, but in the fine print they had hardly included any bobcat hours and everything was an "extra". In the end, not only did we end up with a good quality and well-installed pool, but it probably worked out cheaper. Highly recommended, couldn't be happier! Thanks so much! Michelle Wood

Barrier reef pools while they are bit more pricey are well worth the extra money quality of finish is just one aspect compared to other pools. Their reviews from other satisfied customers were really what sold us to go with them. There were no bad reviews, other companies were rated 50/50 as to good and bad. Dean and Sally and their team were efficient and worked well together. If I were to get another pool I would go with them again. There were no hidden costs everything was up front the whole exercise was very well executed from beginning to end.
