Emma sales rep is friendly excellent services and great advise When the pool was getting installed the temporary fencing got place 2 days later got a call from the supervisor they installed 40 Mt my contract is for 28 meter i need to pay the excess i said no as they only installed extra cause of the dirt . Got the pool inspected by the shire and failed 1.self closing gate 2. Fencing to be on solid I have email and called many times with no results the pool was installed on the 14 of Nov and now its the 19th Dec The pool supplier installed should know the reg and registration laws and act accordingly I do recommend people ask more questions and always get the answers by email as proof Update everything has been amended and fixed

We purchased our pool (Valentina 8mx4m) and spa (Centro spillway) combination from Aldo at the Mandurah Aqua Technics display. Our family has just thoroughly enjoyed our first summer with our pool! We have absolutely no regrets with our purchase other than we wish we had’ve purchased it sooner! Making a decision on such an important (and expensive) investment can be hugely overwhelming and stressful. Aldo was extremely patient with us. He listened to all of our concerns, he answered the never ending questions and queries we threw at him, he offered invaluable advice and suggestions, then, when it was time to make a decision, Aldo made sure we got the absolute best of everything we could within our budget. Aldo went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we wanted and that everything was perfect. Aldo’s professional service didn’t end once we signed the dotted line either, he has proven to be a very honest, reliable and loyal salesman since our pool was installed over 12 months ago. If we have any problems or concerns, Aldo is always there to help. The excavation team were brilliant. Paul, our bobcat operator, was amazing. He was punctual and extremely professional. We had a few concerns about the final measurements and placement of the spa, so to ease our concerns, Paul remeasured and made sure we were 100% happy before he began excavating. Paul explained the process from beginning to end which made a stressful day a much more enjoyable one. Matt our handover technician was great. He arrived on time and explained in detail everything that he was competing for the day. Matt gave us a very thorough explanation of our pool system, how the equipment worked and what was required of us as new pool owners to keep the pool running at its best. Unfortunately, we have experienced some issues with equipment faults, however, Aqua Technics has been fantastic at repairing/replacing the equipment very promptly. We cant thank Aldo enough for being there for us throughout the whole process. We are also grateful to the excavation team and all the tradies who worked so hard during the horrible weather to make our pool installation such a success. We would not hesitate to recommend Aldo or Aqua Technics to any prospective buyers in the pool market. Our pool has become a huge feature of our home and is something that will be enjoyed for many, many years to come!

Pool feedback We are absolutely blown away with the final results of our pool! The service we have received by everyone from sales through to onsite and handover have been way above our expectations! We are so grateful for Aldo and Autumn in the office and their friendly welcoming natures! Aldo knew exactly what we wanted and wouldn’t let us have anything other than the best! Aldo ensured we selected everything we needed for a high functioning and high quality pool with extras such as lighting, jestts and a waterfall! These Little extras that have made a massive difference to the feel and aesthetics of the pool area and added the finishing touches to our pool design! The colour selection is perfect and all of it together looks amazing! The guys who managed the excavation on site were marvellous, efficient and cleaned up what they could before they left! Matt went over and above with his service, he was friendly, reliable and trustworthy! Matt communicated with us throughout the install and was able to answer any questions that we had or give us any advice we needed! Emma in the Mandurah office has high standards of customer service and remained in contact with us throughout the year while searching pools not just with Aquatechnics but with other companies too. She answered her phone and replied to emails and text in her private time and made herself available for questions at any time we needed her. Would highly recommend you visit her if you’re considering installing a pool. Her knowledge and work ethics exceeded my expectations, she was not pushy at all and allowed us to do the research we needed while keeping in contact.

Installation day Feedback Troy was our bobcat/excavator. He arrived on time, was friendly and confirmed our datum point before he began to measure and peg out the dig zone. Highly experienced operator! He cleaned our side access area where his truck was and the entry to the yard before leaving. Legend! Henry was so friendly and knowledgeable. We love a tradie who has good work ethic and completes jobs to high standards. He made sure the pool was in the exact location we wanted it, and levelled it perfectly. The entire time he worked in the yard on his own connecting pipes, backfilling soil and installing equipment. He made sure to keep going to each corner of the pool to recheck measurements and make adjustments where necessary. His precision to detail and productivity was of excellent standards. I don’t know many tradies that would stick around on a Friday evening till after 5.30pm when the weather is mint. So very grateful that he didn’t rush to clock off early and that he communicated well with us and worked his tail off all day. 10/10 Henry! The rest of the team on our installation day was friendly and on time. Our site supervisor Bryce was on site at a decent time to over see and make sure everything went smoothly. Really impressed with how the team at Aqua technics maintained good communication in the lead up to the installation day and the team assigned to our installation were all so experienced and hardworking friendly people. Incredibly thankful to all those involved. Including the manufacturing team because the pool looks AMAZING and of VERY HIGH QUALITY. We installed a new pool And spa through aqua technics Mandurah 2.5 years ago, Aldo assisted us with the pool And spa installation, and was very professional and helpful during the whole process , two years later I reported to Aldo that I was having issues with the pool not performing like it should, Aldo was happy to come and expect the pool on a Sunday he conducted a inspection and service on the Sunday and found the pool Pump was not functioning as it should, Aldo also reported that the pool Pump was still under warranty and again is taking care of everything and having the pump replaced, we would just like to thank Aqua especially Aldo for his great service, we would recommend that anyone in peel/Mandurah region to contact Aldo for excellent customer service. - Mark Cook
