Working with Coastal Pools was an absolute dream from start to finish. Steve, Matt and their team were professional, communicative and incredibly knowledgeable throughout the entire process. They took my vision and brought it to life even better than I envisioned. Our new pool and spa are absolutely stunning! The craftsmanship is top notch, the materials are of the highest quality and every detail was handled with care. They stayed on schedule, communicated every day which resulted in a stress free process. If you are looking for a pool company that delivers excellence and genuinely cares about their clients then look no further than Coastal Pools. Highly recommend!

Absolutely thrilled with my pool/spa/splash pad combo from Coastal Pools and Spas! Matt is a delight to work with, a genuinely good guy with excellent communication (which is exactly what you need when navigating a big project). I showed Coastal some designs of what I had in mind and they helped me design my dream pool. The construction was smooth, and any little hiccups were explained and worked around. The trades were all lovely and polite, and worked really well in tandem with my landscaping team. Matt did a great job explaining the benefits of certain upgrades and I’m so glad he did - putting in the gas booster was the best decision and the solar blanket has been incredible at keeping the pool at base level temperature without using gas or power. The app they use to animate the pool is amazing, incredibly easy to use and heats my spa in 30mins, controls the lights and cranks up the spa bubbles. I was tossing up between 4 different pool companies, cost wise Coastal fell in the middle and they give me the best feel, comfort and confidence. I’m so grateful I went with them, I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. If it was a 10 star system, they’d be getting a 10/10.

Stoked with the end result! Matt and the whole team at Coastal delivered exactly what they promised, within the timeframe they advised. They gave us advice other builders didn’t, and were flexible when we made a few changes along the way. While Coastal’s price was a little higher than some others, after comparing equipment specifications and going back and forth on designs and delivery without fault, I believe it was money well spent. Highly recommend!

I’d especially like to acknowledge Matt and Steve. whose knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail have been truly outstanding. Their expertise helped bring our vision to life, resulting in a pool that is simply stunning. The level of customer service throughout the entire process has been impeccable. Every member of the team was polite, professional, and always willing to assist with any questions or requests.
