After being given the runaround by several other companies, I needed a skimmer box replaced in my concrete in-ground pool here in Melbourne — definitely not an easy job. Our experience with Rob and the team at Pool Boys has been nothing short of fantastic. We contacted Pool Boys to fix our pool that had turned green and after being so impressed with their work, we have since had them maintaining our pool monthly. Our pool has been in pristine condition ever since and at each visit everything has always been explained in a way that helps us learn more to maintain the pool between visits. In addition to maintaining our pool, Rob has also fixed issues caused by other companies doing equipment installs, given advice on how to improve our equipment to make it more efficient, and even put us in contact with a landscaping company that did a great job refreshing the area surrounding our pool. Pauline in the office has also been great to deal with. She is incredibly responsive, provides clear communication, and has helped keep our monthly services on schedule. I have been using Pool Boys to do my Pool over the past 18 months. Very, very happy with the personal service I have been given, especially with some troubleshooting with my Pool.
