Our unusually shaped swimming pool was designed to be very much part of the architecture of our house and of course being constructed in 1977 was to safety standards much lower than those required today. Retro-fitting pool fencing, modifying housing access doors and other considerations while not totally prejudicing the architecture of the house was never going to be easy George Roinoitis is an approachable, friendly and true professional who in gave us excellent advice about all of the above factors and limitations so that now total compliance with the current rules has been achieved. George is great to deal with. He first inspected our pool in 2021 and allowed us time to rectify a couple of minor issues, and issued a certificate when he was satisfied. We brought him back in 2025 and had a flawless signoff.
