Great communication from initial inquiry to completion of the job. AJ took time to discuss options for equipment and installation. The team worked efficiently and the finished job is neat and professional. He and his team successfully moved a 250 kg heat pump from the driveway to the installation point at the back of the house-saving us the cost of a crane. We highly recommend.

We just had our old leaky system replaced by Australian Pool Heating Specialists and we are extremely happy with the service we received. A.J. provided us with 2 quotes the same day that I first contacted him (using photos and information I supplied) and he was happy to answer my questions about the different systems. On the day of installation, the guys arrived nice and early and had the job done within a few hours. They were polite and friendly and left everything clean and tidy. We were using the pool an hour later and it was already pumping out nice hot water and it had reached our set temperature by the end of the day. Highly recommend their services.
