Professional, respectful, and outstanding project management from start to finish. Jarryd was incredibly respectful of our property with his access and egress, and his workers were equally polite and professional throughout the job. His communication was excellent — he kept us constantly updated and was always punctual, contactable, and quick to address any concerns with clear, expert answers. What really stood out was Jarryd’s ability to coordinate and manage all the other contractors involved, showing brilliant organisation and leadership to ensure the project ran smoothly. We couldn’t be happier with the result, and I would highly recommend Jarryd and Levelled Pools to anyone considering pool renovations.

We recently had a pool built by Levelled Pools, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Jarryd was exceptional from start to finish, maintaining excellent communication and keeping us informed every step of the way. The before and after care provided was amazing. Before we signed the contract, Jarryd visited multiple times to answer all our questions and help finalize the pool layout. Once the pool was completed, he returned several times to ensure the water levels were perfect and took the time to explain everything to us in detail. Jarryd’s hands-on approach really stood out—he was there to oversee all the tradespeople throughout the entire process, ensuring everything was done to the highest standard. We are so happy with our new pool, and the process was seamless thanks to Jarryd and his team. We can’t recommend Levelled Pools enough. If you’re considering a new pool, Jarryd is your guy!

Jarryd and his team did an absolutely amazing job renovating our tired old pool! The tile choices he presented were spot on, the advice he gave was very helpful and his experience is so valuable. He gave a detailed quote and guided us along every step of the way. We cannot fault the work he did. He discovered and fixed bad drainage and where we were having leaks into the pool, we now have a crystal clear pool. We are in awe of how good our pool and whole backyard looks now! Thanks Jarryd and Jai!

Absolutely thrilled with the work Levelled Pools did on my pool surrounds! Jarryd’s attention to detail and professionalism were evident throughout the entire process. The concrete work was flawless, and the tiling around the pool looks amazing – it has completely transformed the area. I couldn’t be happier with the end result – the pool area looks stunning! If you're looking for a reliable, skilled tiler who takes pride in his work, I highly recommend Jarryd and the boys at Levelled Pools.

Levelled pools made our dream come true for our family. There was clear communication from the start and absolutely no surprises when it came to costs, dates/timeline etc which made our experience so easy. They are a down to earth family run business who genuinely care about their clients. Their prices were better than the others we had been quoted and the service we received was personable and caring from start to finish. We cannot fault them or recommend them more highly. Thank you Jarryd and the team for being so amazing!
