Gold Coast Family Pools & Spas

We wanted everything finished before we posted this review and the pics. Unfortunately the weather played it's part again but we've managed to get the final staining and sealing done and we're thrilled with the result. We can't praise Matt, Rachael and the rest of the guys from GC Family pools enough. Right from the get go they were on top of everything. I don't think that there wasn't a day where I didn't have a question and Rachael, or one of the team, had an answer for me that night or the next morning. Even during the inevitable rain delays they kept us up to date. They absolutely run true to their motto "building up to a standard, not down to a price" We now have an amazing pool in a perfect outdoor space that was priced as promised, done by amazing workers, who did a thoroughly professional job. Thanks again for everything, it's come out pretty good hey :-)

We recently had Gold Coast Family Pools build our swimming pool and are really happy with how everything turned out. We had spoken to a few pool builders previously but as soon as we met Marty, we knew we were in safe hands. He even took the extra time to provide suggestions on how to improve the layout of our back yard. Rachael, Marty and Michelle were quick to respond to any queries we had and, whenever we had any concerns, it was always sorted out straight away with a quick phone call. Straight after the job was completed they were quick to tell us that they are available if we have any warranty or other issues with the pool, which gives us peace of mind being first time pool owners. I can’t recommend them highly enough, extremely well run family business.

We had a number of pool companies around to discuss removing our old pool and putting a new one in and we are very happy we went with GC Family Pools. From the very beginning the process was straight forward. Martin and his team are great to deal with, they kept us updated along the way, always delivered on the time line and did a fantastic job overall. Can highly recommend them and we are very happy with our new pool.
