Queen Pools

Queen Pools built our in-ground cement pool and spa with heat pump that we had designed separately to fit in a difficult shaped yard with easements. We tried many builder on the Central Coast, none seemed interested in building a cement pool at the time. We had Brian come around for an initial consultation and then had many, many conversations, calls, visits and emails to tinker with the design and what we wanted. Brian put in a massive amount of time to get it just how we wanted. During the build process Brian discussed with us any choices that came along the way. Brian's communication was phenomenal which is exactly what we needed when spending so much money to get a pool and spa built. Brian, the workers, sub contractors etcetera were great. Deb was also great to deal with for administration and invoices. More than happy to recommend Queen Pools, if you are very particular about what you want and require several back and forth conversations to get it right, recommend you ask for Brian. * edit: Queen asked if they could professional photos taken for promotional purposes which we agreed to so we could get some nice photos for us. Queen Pools were a great team to work with. They built my concrete pool quicker than expected and I'm really happy with the way it turned out. Paving, retaining wall and glass bead pool surface all look great. Price quoted was what it cost without surprises. Dave, Brian, Deb, Marty and Luke were all professional, focused on quality outcomes and customer satisfaction.

The team at Queen Pools do there best to provide a quality pool for you. Whilst we had "teething" problems with our Naked System, Deb and the team worked with myself to resolve issues to ensure a good long term experience.
