A big thank you to Oasis Pool Cover for their amazing service and support! I’ve had a pool technician maintaining my pool for over two years, but recently, I faced an algae growth issue that persisted for one months. The technician blamed the problem on my pool cover, which is around 4.5 years old, leaving me unsure of what to do next. Since the leaf and debris cover was originally made and installed by Oasis Pool Cover, I decided to reach out to them for guidance. Kelly from their team was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain that the pool cover is highly durable and offered insights that put my mind at ease. Their after-sales service was truly exceptional. When I inquired about purchasing new ropes for the cover, Kelly went above and beyond—sending the ropes to me free of charge and even offering to arrange someone to replace them if needed. I truly appreciate this level of care and support—it sets Oasis Pool Cover apart. Highly recommended!

Extremely happy with our leaf and debris cover. It looks fantastic and will save us so much on chemicals in the cooler months. Not to mention time emptying skimmer boxes, which is a daily job without the cover. Kelly was professional, responsive and an absolute delight to deal with.

4 years ago, from the previous owners of the business, we had a tailor made pol cover made for our above ground pool to reduce leaf litter and chlorine absorption. The cover over time had started to disintegrate through sitting in chlorinated water, so needed to replace it. We contacted the new owners of OASIS, Lennart and Kelly Schultz, who blew us away away with their immediate response during the Christmas period, and quoted us a very fair replacement cost for a new cover (choice of colors - blue and green). Throughout the entire enquiry period, they were in contact with us via SMS, and although they estimated an installation date toward end of January, the cover was installed on Monday 19/1 - 10 days ahead of schedule. Both Lennart and Kelly were very friendly, highly professional and extremely courteous during the entire process. Lennart gave us some great tips as to how to preserve the cover, by ensuring it stayed above the level of the water, by using floatation devices to provide a buffer between the two. I have attached a photo showing the newly installed pool cover. We would be more than happy to act as a further referee in need Our thanks and appreciation again to you both. Lennart & Kelly from Oasis Pool Covers were incredible! I have waited a little while before posting to ensure the equipment stands the test of time and I’m not just wowed by the look they designed. I can tell you it’s second to none. Not only is our custom pool cover beautifully designed, it’s fit, usability and function are fabulous. It’s really easy to take off and on - even my 10-year-old can do it. I highly recommend this business and I’m very impressed with the professionalism and service that Lennart and Kelly provide. My husband and I highly recommend them - five stars easy!!
