After experiencing setbacks and disappointment with trades not associated with Formosa Pools, it was exceptionally refreshing when Jason and his team turned up. Most reassuring was Jason's declaration that the process would be seamless; that is, pool installation followed by associated electrical works, concreting and landscaping. Moreover, it was the additional lengths and extra mile that Jason undertook to ensure that the process was as smooth as possible. It must be noted that these additional tasks came at no financial expense to the customer - something that is seldom encountered these days. The quality of the product and associated trades was exceptional. I must add that Jason, and his team's pleasant and professional demeanor removed any doubts about the process or possible anxiety.
