We absolutely love our new pool! Our house is a new build, and the pool has completed the space perfectly — it looks absolutely amazing and ties everything together. We especially love the built in LED light at night. The team was so easy to deal with from start to finish, always professional, helpful, and responsive. The quality of the pool is outstanding, and you can really see the attention to detail in the finished result. When everything was complete, we were given excellent information on how to care for and maintain the pool, which was super helpful. We’re so excited for summer now and can’t wait to enjoy it!

Where do we start with Dynamic Pools 💦☀️ The whole process was smooth, effectively communicated and done within timeframe's. When we first met our project manager Kieran, he was open and honest about all aspects of our concerns and questions about our pool install and project. Our house sits on a sloped block and the access wasn't the easiest but the team made it work and nothing was ever a problem or hassle. We had a few hiccups during our pool dig regarding needing piers to support our pool and again the team openly communicated those issues and concerns with us. I also would like to point out the boys who built the pool have been amazing but the girls back in the office have also been unreal to deal with. If we had any queries or needed clarification on anything it was only a phone call away and our answers were always answered and clarified within the day. Finally I would like to add, the way the team have transformed our dream to a reality is mind blowing. We love to show off our pool to friends and family and everybody is stunned with the result of our vision. Thank you so much to Dynamic pools and the team! What a pleasure it has been! With thanks, McMillan Family ✨

So glad we went with Dynamic Pool Designs for our new house. They were very easy to work with and we got a really great deal that included lots of upgrades. They gave us good advice without putting pressure on us to spend more than we needed to. We went with the upgrade to all glass pebbles in the pebblecrete and we are so glad we did. Well worth the bit extra we had to pay for a lovely smooth finish. Thank you to all the team at Dynamic for delivering a fabulous pool.

From day 1 we had the greatest experience with Dynamic, we love our new pool and the team made it a pleasurable experience can not rate them enough. Olly, Trish and Courtney in the office were fantastic and helped when ever I had a query. Thank you to all who worked on our pool. Best part was a 8 week turnaround. Amazing!

From our first meeting with Dynamic we felt that we were dealing with genuine people and as we progressed through our pool journey and meet more members of the Dynamic team this feeling remained. We received a clear plan of the steps involved with building the pool along with a clear payment plan. As this was our first pool we were unaware of many hidden costs and steps involved, however Dynamic thought of everything and were there to support us. Even when we made adjustments along the way. Highly recommend!

We’ve used Dynamic Pools both for our own projects and when constructing pools for our clients, and the experience has consistently been excellent. Communication across the board has been outstanding, timelines have been well managed, and the quality of workmanship has been top-notch. A special mention to James (Jimmy) on the sales side — he’s great at what he does. Friendly, down-to-earth, efficient with returning quotes, and proactive with design ideas, which makes the early stages of the process seamless. The office team, Courtney and Trish, were always helpful and easy to deal with, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. On site, Ben and Josh do a great job, and it’s clear they take pride in their work. Credit also to Gav, the owner, who has built a solid team and business that’s easy to work with. Overall, Dynamic Pools made the pool-building process straightforward and enjoyable. We’re more than happy to continue using and recommending them.
