What really stood out was how he took the time to walk me through what was happening, explain options, and make sure I understood the work being done. It made the whole reno process smoother and gave me real confidence in the decisions we made. I’d absolutely recommend Scaussie Plumbing and will be using them again.

  Our gas boiler sprang a major leak soaking all the electrics we phoned Scaussie who popped over and took at a look at it really promptly they were informative and diagnosed as we thought a new boiler would be needed They arrived on time were clean friendly and efficient the job got done and the bill was very fair. I would highly recommend using these guys for any of your gas n plumbing needs

  Our oven died over the holiday period just before new years day with the replacement install requiring a gas fitter. We contacted Scaussie plumbing who provided a written competitive quote within 4 hours, and made arrangements for immediate disconnection to allow the old one to be removed prior to delivery of the new one. Norman was easy to deal with, communicated very well and turned up when he said he was coming. Clearly took pride in what he does and did a great installation job with Jacob. In summary :- price competitive, service and installation excellent, our experience with Scaussie first class. Would certainly recommend Scaussie Plumbing, and will be contacting them as our first call for any future plumbing issues.
