I had a new hot water system installed today. They were early, but plumber contacted me first to check if that was ok. Quality of work looks excellent and after install contact was good also. We had a small leak from a hot water valve inside the home due to pressure build up from turning hot water on and off. Plumber was helpful and responded quickly. We very much appreciate your quality service and are so happy to have hot water again. A big and special thank you to the team at Watson Plumbing, keep up the great work!!

Fantastic service provided. Burst waterline was found while we were overseas. Caroline organised the repair via emails with us, and the job was finished when we returned. 100% recommend Watson Services.

I'm never surprised when it comes to trades men these days, but I was this time. The workers arrived on time and got straight to work fixing my water problem. These two guy worked non-stop till the job was finished. Everything they moved to fix the plumbing they put back when done. They where very respectful to me and cleaned up and swept up, leaving the place clean and tidy. Again I was surprised when I received my invoice. A very pleasant surprise. They came when they said they would (were a little early). Did exactly what they said they would and got the job done including the extras I came up with while I had them here. They had all the right equipment and parts, cleaned up after themselves. Were professional, and polite. Then they sent me an invoice a little lower than I was expecting. First in the list from Google, with the most positive feedback, now first on my list to call if I have a plumbing issue in Mandurah.

My wife and I had been having problems with a blocked sink in our kitchen for some time. Being pensioners we have to be very careful with our money. We asked around and Watson Service were recommended by several people. We contacted Caroline and she organised the work to be completed..It was done in a prompt and efficient manner by Two young plumbers who were very polite and put us at ease. The cost of the work was very reasonable. We would recommend Watson Services
