Greg did an amazing job on the install and is just as lovely in person. Even with a delay, communication was great, and Greg worked tirelessly to get our water back on as quickly as possible in the scorching heat. He patiently explained everything to me and was genuinely easy to deal with. This is such a beautiful family-run business, and I’m so happy to support them. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

They were punctual with responding to emails, phone calls, and there pricing was very competitive, so it was an easy decision to have Greg install our Whole Home Filtration system. He was running a half hour late on the day and text to let me know which to me means he cares about peoples time and how valuable it is to them. The guys had the job done in a timely and professional manner and then ran me through all the maintenance requirements. I have absolutely no concerns in recommending Willows for all your plumbing needs. Well done guys.
