  We made contact with Beautiful Plumbing on the weekend after discovering a leak in the wall. During normal working hours the following week Ben and Mark came out to assess and fixed our problem. Ben also discovered a few other issues that he could fix immediately. Great friendly positive communication from start to finish. We are extremely happy with the work done and will definitely be recommending Beautiful Plumbing to anyone and everyone.

  We have been using beautiful plumbing for our plumbing needs for many years now. They have replaced 2 hot water systems for us at two houses (after both the old ones met the same age-related corroded out bottom fate) and have always responded promptly to messages and quote requests. Pricing is reasonable and all the plumbers we have had dealing with over the years have the same commitment to detail and efficiency. We also signed up to the loyalty program (which followed us to our new property) and it has been great value for money saving us over 1k on our latest hot water system installation process!

  Had Jason from Beautiful Plumbing out to replace my kitchen tap. He was running a little late but kept me well informed and apologised the minute I opened the door. Such a lovely man, explaining everything and giving me the options available. I wasn't rushed to make a decision. He was very kind considering my budget concerns. Ended up joining a membership which not only gave me a discount but he also replaced my garden tap and did a full check of all the plumbing to investigate any potential issues. The tap in the kitchen is a beauty! It was probably more than I was expecting to pay but given the previous tap was a cheap builders install it made sense to replace it with a much higher quality one that will last. No complaints at all here, very happy. Thankyou for your kindness today Jason.
