  Excellent service from Willys Drainage especially at short notice. We had gurgling pipes going for a while until it eventually overflowed from outside. He identified the problem - blocked pipes at some obscure section of my garden thanks to tree roots and promptly fixed it. Very reasonable pricing too. Highly recommend! Someone who knows the job inside and out!

He has visited our place several times, sometimes at short notice, and always fixed the problem quickly and efficiently and for a reasonable price. He knows his stuff and is honest and reliable.   Had a strange case of water ingress in part of the house where you wouldn’t expect any water. After trying to troubleshoot it myself, I suspected a drainage issue rather than a leaking pipe. I called Willy, and he was able to come out on very short notice. He quickly identified and resolved the issue — a simple blockage just outside the external walls — all from another part of the house! His rates were reasonable, and he was very friendly and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Willy again if I have similar issues in the future.
