We had an issue with our drain and we called Ron for an inspection. We got an appointment in a very short time and he was punctual at the agreed meeting. I recently had Ronnie come out to fix a toilet that wasn’t draining, and I was very impressed with his service from start to finish. I was so nervous in booking a plumber off the internet and worried what they might be like, but not only did Ronnie get back to my call very quickly and arrive on time, but he showed a high level of professionalism, communication and respect throughout the entire job. At first he thought it might be a simple blockage after my initial feedback, but Ronnie was very thorough in his investigation. He used a camera to inspect the pipes, and not only explained everything clearly, but also showed me exactly what he was seeing on the camera. He discovered tree roots growing through the cracks in the old clay pipes and walked me through the issues step by step. Ronnie was completely upfront about the costs, which I appreciated. He used a lot of equipment and hard work to break the tree roots up and get the pipes free to flow again. Not one scratch is in my bathroom, Ronnie was so respectful. He also took the time to explain pipe relining in great detail, even showing me what it looks like and providing a very reasonable quote to ensure that I don’t have anymore problems with tree roots. On top of that, he checked my low-pressure kitchen tap and gave helpful advice on how to fix it, something he didn’t have to do, but kindly did anyway. Ronnie completed the job thoroughly and cleaned up after himself, leaving everything neat and tidy. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a reliable, honest, and professional plumber.

Absolutely fantastic service! We had a badly blocked drain and Ronnie came out promptly and professionally jet-cleaned the pipes. The difference was immediate, everything is flowing perfectly again. What really impressed me was the extra effort he put in to properly check the pipes afterward. He didn’t just clear the blockage and leave, they took the time to inspect the lines, explain what was going on, and make sure there weren’t any underlying issues (especially with tree roots nearby). That gave us real peace of mind. Honest, thorough, and clearly take pride in their work. Highly recommend if you need drain jetting or blocked drain repairs done properly the first time.

Ronnie was absolutely fantastic. He came out promptly to clear our blocked toilet, only to find a much bigger problem. He communicated everything clearly and called South East Water to assess the problem. He checked in to see how everything went & even came back to locate an access point in the backyard and didn’t charge us which was very kind and unexpected. Ronnie was honest, very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
