  We own a ground floor apartment in a 50 year old block of apartments in Kew. While we were away on holidays a neighbour noticed that water was seeping out from under our building. One's worst nightmare! We drove up to Melbourne on a Sunday having phoned Ricky's emergency 24 hour service. He attended our property that day, diagnosed the issue and organised a leak detector to come to our property later that week at a time that was convenient. Along with Ricky, the leak detector found that there were two leaks and then Ricky set about replacing the broken pipes and making good the system of piping along the wall of our apartment. A big job but this was all done in a day with a minimum of fuss. Ricky kept us informed throughout the day of what was happening and how much the work would cost. Overall we thought that what Ricky charged us for the leak detection and for locating the pipes and his repair work was quite reasonable. As well, it was important to us that Ricky is a local Kew plumber and a really nice person and very easy to work with. Thanks Ricky!

  It's always a gamble choosing a tradie at random from online listings. However, I couldn't be more delighted nor feel more reassured. Ricky arrived exactly as arranged. He was immediately likeable, friendly and courteous whilst extremely professional. He sorted the problem, fixed my water pressure and gave me further advice.
