  I reached out to Dan regarding our insinkerator which was faulty with the request he either fix or replace based on his assessment. He was available to come out the next day and provided the recommendation to remove based on his assessment. He also provided suggestions of alternatives to our new tap which I appreciated. Over all a great experience and would use him again!
