Matt was excellent from the enquiry stage through to completion. He was happy to travel to my CBD apartment to install a bidet toilet seat and provided a clear quote via his online system from photos I sent, which came through quickly. On the day, he worked through a few compatibility issues with my plumbing and managed to adapt the bidet I’d already purchased rather than me having to return it. He also repaired my sink trap instead of replacing it as I expected, and adjusted the invoice down accordingly - very honest and transparent. The job was completed efficiently and professionally, and he was easy to deal with throughout. I’d happily use him again.

Matt was a gem to work with from our first consult. Nothing was too much trouble. He replaced the old leaking veranda roof, some mixer taps along. Best of all he installed a modern toilet suite with which I’m thrilled. Punctual, efficient, tidy and thorough Matt comes highly recommended.

We needed a kitchen sink and dishwasher installed, a neighbour recommended Matt. The initial call was very positive, he was friendly and attentive to what we needed done. I sent him some photos of the area and he promptly sent back a quote. We thought it very reasonable and the job was completed within 3 days of making initial contact. Will definitely call on him again when we need a plumber and highly recommend him to do a professional, reliable and clean job.
