He was friendly, efficient, full of great tips and advice, and very professional. Great Communication and explanation of what the problem was and how the best way to fix it without making me feel completely confused. Reliable, punctual, incredibly polite & personable, works in a timely & neat manner and I was incredibly grateful that they had availability over the holidays for a faucet that wouldn’t stop running & he completed a job that should have been done when the faucet was actually changed in September, so total life saver and we’re definitely recommending One Flow Plumbing and will be reaching out when we are ready to move forward with our renovation project in 2026 😊
