Suzi is the best! Honestly the best experience I’ve ever had with a tradesperson. Communication was great, with clear info on cost and availability, reminders, and a text 10 minutes before she arrived. It made everything so easy. She removed our gas heater and capped the gas pipe, explaining what she was doing and why, and provided a compliance certificate afterwards. She was super friendly and clearly excellent at what she does. She even cut the wall neatly in a square for me since I’m patching it myself, and gave me helpful tips. The space was left spotless. I've been recommending her to everyone I know!

Suzi and her team were fantastic - prompt responses, and great troubleshooting on a tricky job, as well as taking the time to talk me through everything she’d done and explaining follow up periods and how to solve other issues with it going forward. When we discovered one of the new valves was faulty shortly after she left (straight out of the box), she rushed back with a replacement to fix it. Fantastic service and fantastic experience.
