Highly recommend! I called on a Saturday morning because I had no hot water, and Shannon was here within an hour and fixed the problem promptly. He clearly explained the issue and what he did to fix it, which gave me reassurance. While he was here, I also asked about the cost of plumbing my fridge in, and he was able to do it straight away. Had an excellent experience! The plumber extended the PTR drain line from our heat pump hot water unit and did a flawless job. Professional, efficient and very tidy. Everything was clearly explained and completed to a high standard. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend! The hot water service on our rental property failed between Christmas & New Year and of course we were interstate. We reached out on Facebook and Shannon answered the call. Shannon was super helpful in servicing and making sure our cosy fireplace (gas) was safe and full functional before use after we moved into to our new house. He was on time and friendly. He also helped us with the gutter and balcony to ensure that rain water did not accumulate and cause any damage in the future. He gave really helpful advice and offered efficient solution while saving us the cost of having to repair/redo the whole thing.
