I cannot recommend David from DMack Plumbing highly enough. We had a faulty water heater at the end of its life, and David was on top of it from the first call. He picked up promptly and was at our house within a few hours to assess the situation. I had already done quite a bit of research, but David’s honesty and expertise were invaluable. With a family of six who all love long showers, he gave me straight-talk advice on why a heat pump wouldn't meet our demands and recommended a Rinnai Instantaneous gas unit instead. Despite having a full schedule, he actually returned in the evening to finish the installation so we wouldn't be without hot water. He even took the old solar and gas tanks away for disposal. To top it off, David went above and beyond by using his thermal camera to check a previous ceiling leak repair for me, completely free of charge. He didn't even charge the initial call-out fee. If you want to support a local small business that is honest, professional, and genuinely cares about their customers, David is your guy. Top-notch service!

David installed our Gas imitation log heater and did an absolutely fantastic job! He was efficient, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. Everything was completed perfectly and with great attention to detail. I can highly recommend David!

If I was able to give more than 5 stars for David and Levi I certainly would. They installed my heat pump and removed my old gas wall heater for a very reasonable price. They turned up on time on both occasions and did amazing jobs. I would certainly recommend David for any plumbing tasks and for any future plumbing tasks that I have.
