Thank you to Chris! He was very responsive, coming out within a couple of days after our initial call and answering his own phone right away. It’s great to have someone local to us in Narre Warren! Chris did a great job installing our under-sink water filtration system and taking care of a couple of pesky plumbing issues that had lingered for months. We are very happy with his service and professionalism. Highly recommend! We will use Chris’s services again in the future!

Chris was very helpful from the initial enquiry. He was punctual with the time he said he'd come, figured out where the block was and handled the issue with ease. Havung been let down by a competing plumbing service Chris was a breath of fresh air. He was easy to deal with, flexible, reliable and above all did an awesome job at shirt notice and at a very reasonable charge. He was very respctful of my octarian mother whilst also keeping me in the loop via text. Her words - "He was a lovely young man - he put the old filters in my bin and even fixed my hose holder back into the brick wall!" Sometimes its the little things that make the big things feel grand.
